Dwayne founded Acquire Homebuyers out of a genuine passion for solving hard problems and serving people well. Real estate drew him in because no two situations are the same—and being the solution for homeowners navigating foreclosure, divorce, probate, financial hardship, or simply a property they need gone fast is what drives him every day.

With over 10 years of combined real estate investment experience, Dwayne and his team actively buy houses across Clayton, Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett, and Hall Counties. Acquire Homebuyers exists to provide fast, transparent solutions—not just to clients, but to everyone in their network—eliminating the stress that so often comes with selling a home.

Dwayne is based in Atlanta and is personally involved in every transaction. When you reach out, you're talking directly with him—not a call center.

Why We Started Acquire Homebuyers

We got into real estate investing because we saw a real problem. The traditional home sale process — finding an agent, making repairs, staging, waiting for offers, negotiating, hoping the deal doesn't fall through can take months.
